Destroy Christmas! non-violence battle of The poor rebellion troop and police

Lots of people are doing something around Shinjuku every night.

You can see lots of street performance around Shinjuku station every night. This day was before Christmas. I can see some street performances at this day as well.

Almost all street performances are musicians

But I found some unique street performance in front of Christmas color building.

They spread out some flag and banners, and they brought drinks and foods.

Their flag says, “it’s  The poor rebellion troop! and their banner say, Destroy rip-off Christmas!

Yes, the person who organizes this movement is one of the most successful left-wing activists, Mr.Matsumoto Hajime.

He has done lots of unique campaign that is based on poor student’s mind, and got lots of member.

Before time, rebellion movement was very popular among students. but recently lots of students are not concerned with it.

In such condition, Mr.Matsumoto Hajime could get lots of member to do unique campaign like

•  Stew pot strike: just eat stew pot and drink at outdoor as strike
• Drinking strike: just drink at outdoor as strike
• grilled beef strike: just eat grilled beef as strike
• Grilled fish strike: just eat grilled fish as strike
• school cafeteria strike: break into school cafeteria kitchen and negotiate the price

This performance is also one of their strike.

They started to drink and eat on the street with lots of poor people including homeless with cheap snack and cheap alcohol.

But they are regarded as left-wing activists. it means they are watched out by police.

This is the reason, after this troop does something on the street, lots of police come soon and tried to stop them to do their performance.

and soon lots of police arrived.

Police tried to stop their performance, but they never stop.

They never obey police request, so police start to imitate. on the contrary, they are relaxed.

They sit down on the ground and eat ant drink.

Some people start to lay down on the ground.

Some homeless got free alcohol and get high.

Homeless start to do joking with police ass.

And drunk homeless give very bad finger to police.

Finally tention of police and poor troop  reached its peak !

At that time, police find out their truck. and police tried to confiscate their truck because of their illegal parking.

Instead of stopping their performance,  they ask police not to take their truck.

And their “Destroy Christomas campaign performance end and leave there.

Do you think it is strict? why we cannot do drink and eat on the public street?

Tell the truth, even one man street performance is forced to stop by police at Tokyo.

But this time, I was really surprised that so many police came to stop them.

This is one left-wing Christmas night.
